How to pay your reservation?

  • For a reservation more than 14 days before arrival, an advance of € 50.00 is requested.
  • The amount due must be paid in full 7 days before arrival. If not, [Su’ro] reserves the right to cancel the reservation and re-let the room (s). The advance is not refunded.
  • For a reservation booked with less than 2 days before arrival, the total cost of the stay must be paid after confirmation from [Su'ro].

    We do not work with credit cards. Please pay the tourist tax in cash on the spot.

Cancellation Policy

  • If canceled up to 14 days before the arrival date, a fixed amount of EUR 50 will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation up to 2 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total reservation will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation or change afterwards or if you do not show up (no-show), the total reservation will be charged.
